Step 1:	Decided on a date, class time, and a group name.
Step 2:	Distribute the Group Member Packet, by email or in print. Be sure to tell everyone your date, class time and group name.
Step 3:	Follow up with group members a couple of times before the date.
Step 4:	Follow up with us at least one week prior to the event to double check that our reservations match up with your expectations.

To make a group reservation, we suggest that you use the Group Member Packet located above as an information sharing and gathering tool. Our Group Member Packet will help your friends/family/co-workers learn more about the skydiving experience and show them how to join your group. It consists of a flyer, pricing and policy information, and a page to record specific reservation information. The Group Organizer Spreadsheet is an optional tool for you to use for compiling information about your group onto one piece of paper.
