Advance reservations are strongly advised. Call (360) 568-7703 for reservations. Tandem reservations may be made online. We reserve only a limited number of teaching slots and will be turning away other students to hold your slot. Therefore,
we must require that you guarantee your training slot on the jump schedule with
a non-refundable $50 cash or credit card deposit that will be applied towards
your jump.

Cancellation:

Cancellation of your jump must be made 48-hours prior to your appointment (72 hrs for groups up to 6, 1 week for groups of 7+). However, if you are unable to give the minimum cancellation notice or do not show up for your jump, you will forfeit your deposit.

The cancellation policy will be strictly enforced for both Tandem and Static Line Instruction. In the case of a documented emergency, arrangements will be made on a situational basis.

Reschedules and cancellations need to be phoned in at 360-568-7703.

Weather:

Static Line Instruction is held regardless of the weather. When training is complete and poor weather still prohibits jumping, a certificate to jump at a later date will be issued. Tandem Skydive Instruction requires acceptable weather minimums at the Airport, not weather conditions in other locations. Please phone ahead for confirmation on marginal weather days. Jumping will proceed or be rescheduled accordingly. Note: Marginal weather is not a valid reason for failure to attend your scheduled jump. Weather is not a valid reason for requesting a refund. If you have paid and unknown weather conditions evolve, a certificate will be issued for use at a later date.

Bad Weather Push-Back:

Tandem skydives are scheduled for 9 am, noon, 3 pm, and 6 pm. If the weather on jump day does not allow you to jump at the time you have reserved, we cannot "push you back" into the next time slot and will ask you to reschedule your jump to another day. For example, if the weather is poor at 9 am and the group scheduled for that time does not start jumping within 1 1/2 hours of the scheduled time, then the entire group will be asked to reschedule to another day. Past experience has shown that trying to push back later in the same day is disastrous and unfair to those who scheduled for the later time slots, who may not be able to jump due to fading daylight or other reasons at the end of the day.
